Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Vanity
Carefully repackage the vanity in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, mirrors, and components are securely protected to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
